The data for the database has multiple sources. Data for each site was primarily collected by surveying property managers and developers at each site. We also conducted on-site interviews through our data collectors and an on-site middle of the night parking count (12:00 am - 5:00 am) which is considered peak residential parking time. GIS data was provided by TransForm, MTC, ABAG and CNT. For further information about the data, including a glossary of terms and specific sources, go to TransForm’s GreenTRIP Parking Database webpage.
